today's trainers, Luke keeps up with
recent studies and research on
nutrition, strength training, fighting,
athletic training and everything in
between. He has been in the ring, the
cage and has put in the time to back
up his knowledge.  Luke is the type of

I have had a lot of experience working with professional
career.  I been around and played for both division I and
division II programs.  I can say that Luke Tirey knows how him
as a strength and conditioning coach.

I had the opportunity to get to know Luke following my football
career when I was involved in mix martial arts.  Brazilian Jiu
Jitsu and Muy Thai were my focus.  Being the competitor that I
am, I looked to compete in several grappling style
tournaments.  If you have been around the sport you know that
you have to be in the best cardiovascular shape.  Luke is
extremely good at designing the right workout for your needs.  
I have experienced, first hand, some high speed,
cardiovascular workouts that Luke created.  Working out with
Luke gave me increased endurance and strength to help me
push through those late rounds of fighting.
